Use this form to update the registered guest information for your reservation.

Information submitted through this form will be used to update the registered occupancy and other applicable reservation information for your reservation and prepare the Guest Information Update Addendum.

This form may be used to add or remove a registered guest, correct previously provided guest information, update information about your stay, or report a change involving an animal that will accompany a registered guest.

Changes to registered guests should be submitted at least 48 hours before scheduled check-in whenever reasonably possible to allow time for review and any required verification. Changes submitted within 48 hours of scheduled check-in may not be approved before arrival.

Submitting this form does not automatically approve a newly added or substituted guest, animal, accommodation request, or other requested change. No requested change is effective until approved by Stay AirVnV.

Updated Registered Guest Information

This form replaces the additional registered guest list currently on your reservation. Re-enter every additional person who will still stay at, visit, or access the property, even if their information has not changed. Any previously registered additional guest who is not re-entered on this form will be removed from the registered guest list. Leave only unused guest sections blank.

The maximum approved occupancy is four persons total at any time, including overnight guests, daytime visitors, infants, and children. Everyone who will stay at, visit, or access the property must be registered and approved in advance.

Please ensure all information is accurate and matches the guest’s government-issued photo ID. Information that cannot be successfully verified may delay or prevent approval of the requested change.
